Full On Experience ("we," "us") operates fullonexp.ca. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it, in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we receive the information you provide: your name, email address, company, and the details of your inquiry (project type, timeline, KPI, budget). We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential work. Form submissions are delivered to us by FormSubmit.co, a form-processing service that transmits your submission to our inbox.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, approximate location (city level), device type, and referral source. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We do not use this data to identify individuals, and we do not use advertising features.

Email. If you email us at info@fullonexp.ca, we retain the correspondence for as long as needed to serve the relationship.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not send marketing email without consent. We do not display third-party advertising, and we do not collect payment information through this website.

Cookies

The only cookies this site sets are those used by Google Analytics for anonymous usage measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with the browser opt-out add-on. The site works fully without cookies.

Retention and security

Inquiry data is kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond and maintain a business relationship, then deleted. The site is served over HTTPS. Service providers we rely on (Vercel for hosting, Google for analytics, FormSubmit for form delivery, Microsoft for email) each maintain their own security and privacy safeguards, and may process data outside Canada.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you at any time. Contact us at info@fullonexp.ca and we'll respond promptly. You may also file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
